- Room rates are subject to 10% service charge
- Effective 1st January 2025, room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax as stipulated by the Hong Kong Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348)
- Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability
- A supplement charge may apply during trade fair and special event periods

- Check in time from 15:00 and check out time at 12:00
- All guests are required to present their passports / HKID upon check-in
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card
- Cancellation or amendment must be made 48 hours (hotel local time) prior to arrival to avoid first night room charge plus 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax as penalty
